In-Office Lab Services
Our in-office lab services are available for new and existing patients who have established care with our provider. This ensures coordinated, high-quality care and accurate handling of laboratory orders.
If you prefer not to establish care with our provider, our mobile lab services may be a better option. Mobile services allow us to collect specimens at your home, workplace, or other convenient location without requiring an in-office provider relationship.
All services are delivered by experienced professionals who follow strict safety, privacy, and quality standards, with compassionate care for patients of all ages, including children and seniors.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover scheduling, staffing, and travel costs reserved for your appointment.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a non-refundable fee, which must be paid prior to rescheduling future services. Cancellation fees may vary based on service type and location.
We appreciate advance notice whenever possible so we can accommodate other patients.
